The room was air conditioned with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.
Location next to the Church of the Nativity and the Chapel of the Milk Grotto as well as Manger Square which is an extremely central location for Bethlehem. Very well maintained building and rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding:)))

We absolutely loved our reasonably spacious room with very comfortable beds and bedding. The location was great and incredible for walking around the Church of the Nativity. There was a good restaurant, a shopping area, and several stores next door.

The attention to detail at this locally owned hotel is unparalleled. The owner, Nabil, took the time to share the history of the 500-year-old Ottoman house that has been beautifully restored. The beds and pillows were heavenly, and the rooms were immaculate. The complimentary breakfast, with homemade Middle Eastern delicacies, was a treat. The location, just steps away from famous landmarks, was perfect. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Bethlehem's Old City, located right next to the iconic Church of Nativity. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the beautiful rooms on the terrace with breathtaking views of the city, to the unique shower experience that adds a touch of charm. The staff provides genuine and friendly service, making you feel like a valued guest. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, especially the special eggs prepared with a secret recipe passed down from the owner's mother. The combination of the historic atmosphere and the incredible location make this hotel truly memorable.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Staying at this charming hotel was a true delight. The location is amazing, just steps away from important sights and tourist attractions in the heart of the old city. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the service from the lovely family and staff was exceptional. The homemade breakfast was a highlight, with delicious omelette and Arabic breads. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive, from the fluffy pillows to the spray bidet in the bathroom.
Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky, but once you arrive, it's definitely worth it.

Great Christmas stay with two complimentary events and fantastic location. the included breakfast was delicious and filling. the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was very attentive and accommodating, always ready to offer recommendations.
The hotel lacked amenities, such as a gym or a pool. the decor was a bit outdated and could use a refresh.

This hotel in Bethlehem is a hidden gem. The location is perfect, right next to the Church of Nativity, and the rooms have a beautiful terrace with sweeping views of the city. The attention to detail is impressive, especially with the unique shower in the rooms. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. And let's not forget the breakfast, with the special eggs prepared with the owner's mother's secret recipe. Delicious! One detail that stood out from the reviews was the owner taking guests out for a Palestinian dessert and showing them around the city in his car. What a lovely personal touch!
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was great; they served a variety of food, and the coffee was always fresh. the hotel was near some of the main attractions, and the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with anything we needed. The hotel room was also clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel's transportation service was not always reliable and was also overpriced. We also experienced a lot of noise during the night from other guests, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
